Organic "BLOSSOM" Seed Garlic (PRE-ORDER)
We first ordered this garlic because we couldn’t help ourselves as Blossom is our daughters middle name(hence our farm name). After our first season growing it we fell in love with its rich flavor and plump cloves.
This seed was sourced from Filaree Farm and is best described with a “mild heat that blossoms and slowly fades.”
The cloves are fat with a subtle beige hue encased in a mottled purple wrapper. A Turban type that has formed a harvestable scape for us consistently but may not in warmer climates.
